Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all premium subscriptions of the Lookzon app purchased directly from ORBITAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLP, including subscriptions billed through UPI AutoPay recurring mandates processed via the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) network and RBI-authorised payment aggregators. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

02 How UPI AutoPay Subscriptions Work

• When you subscribe, you authorise a recurring UPI AutoPay mandate from your UPI app using your UPI PIN.
• The mandate specifies the maximum amount and frequency (e.g. monthly or yearly) of debits.
• In line with RBI guidelines on recurring e-mandates, you will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each renewal debit.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until the mandate is cancelled.

03 No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Lookzon premium is a digital service that is activated instantly. Once a UPI AutoPay mandate has been executed and the payment for a billing cycle has been debited, the amount is non-refundable, in whole or in part.

This includes, without limitation, situations where:

• You do not use premium features during the billing period.
• You cancel the mandate or delete your account partway through a billing period.
• You forgot to cancel before the renewal date after receiving the pre-debit notification.
• Your account is suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.

04 Cancelling Future Mandates

You may cancel your subscription and revoke future UPI AutoPay mandates at any time, free of charge. Cancellation stops all future debits; you will continue to have premium access until the end of the billing period already paid for.

Option 1: From the Lookzon app

1. Open Lookzon and go to Profile → Subscription.
2. Tap Manage Subscription and select Cancel AutoPay.
3. Confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation notification.

Option 2: From your UPI app

1. Open the UPI app used to set up the mandate (e.g. Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank app).
2. Navigate to the AutoPay or Mandates section.
3. Select the Lookzon / OrbitApps mandate and choose Cancel or Revoke.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

05 Exceptions: Failed or Duplicate Transactions

Notwithstanding the above, we will process a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate debit for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
• Amount debited from your account but premium access not activated, and the issue is not resolved within 72 hours.
• A debit that occurred after a mandate cancellation was successfully confirmed.

Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days of approval, subject to your bank's processing timelines. Failed transactions where money was debited but not received by us are typically auto-reversed by your bank as per RBI's turnaround time framework.

06 Purchases via App Stores

If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the billing, cancellation, and refund are governed by the respective store's policies. Please manage or request refunds for such subscriptions directly through the store from which you purchased.

07 Contact and Grievance Officer

For billing issues or refund requests under Section 5, email lookzonsupport@gmail.com with your registered mobile number, transaction date, amount, and UPI transaction reference (UTR) number. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve claims within 7 business days.

If your concern remains unresolved, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer, appointed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt.
